YOUR ROLE
Our Completions team play a key role in the auction journey, helping us to deliver on our biggest promise - to deliver completions within 56 days of the draft contract being received.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’re a deadline hitter. Handling your own case load. You’ll be organised and effective and obsessed with hitting deadlines.
- You’re all about the customer. Using your strong customer service and relationship building skills to liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors. You’ll ensure awareness of the timescales and the penalties involved should a transaction go over the agreed deadline.
- You’re a problem solver. Helping to find solutions that will allow transactions to move forward if any issues arise, whilst also working closely with internal teams and liaising with solicitors to overcome any challenges.
- You’re a great communicator. Liaising with all parties, ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the transaction.
- You have an eye on the detail. Reporting in a professional manner to your teammates at branch level about ongoing transactions, both verbally and in written communications.
- You’re a team player. You’ll present yourself and iamsold in the best way to our partner agents, their clients your team and everyone else involved in the transaction.

What are the top things you’ll bring to the role?
- Previous sales progression experience in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Experience within estate agency, or conveyancing is preferable
- High level of customer service
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and be driven by targets
- First class problem solving
- Negotiation skills
