Position: Property Photographer and Videographer

Location: Warrington/Manchester area

Employment Type: Self-employed basis

Job Summary:

As a Property Photographer and Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing stunning images and videos of residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements and deliver exceptional visual content that showcases the property's unique features and highlights its selling points. This role requires previous experience in property photography and videography, as well as a meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality output.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site property visits to capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and desired outcomes.
  • Utilize your creative skills to compose and frame shots that showcase the property's best angles, architecture, and interior design.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate representation of the property's colors, dimensions, and other essential elements.
  • Use professional equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, drones and gimbals, to capture high-resolution photographs and videos.
  • Edit and enhance images and videos to meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient workflow, including managing and backing up digital files.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge visual content.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, managing multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Collaborate with the wider team, including our editors, to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property photography and videography is essential, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in this field.
  • Proficient in using professional photography and videography equipment.
  • Highly skilled in composition, lighting, and post-production techniques.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate representation of property features and dimensions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while adhering to company guidelines and client expectations.
  • Familiarity with editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of the property industry trends and the ability to adapt to evolving market demands.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work on-site visits, which may include evenings. No weekend work.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Drone licence desirable.
  • Floor-planning experience desirable.
  • Full training will be provided.
