Job description
We are looking for a Pharmacy Assitant to join our team at Highem Pharmacy in the heart of Leicester and have the oppurtunity to serve the local community with its health needs.
The hours for this postion will be from Mon-Fri (1pm-6pm).
Duties for this role include but are not exclusive to:
- Providing prescription counter services
- Providing advice and directing patients to treatments whilst under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Identify and store incoming pharmacy stock
- Organising invoices and completing documentaiton and notifying suppliers of any discrepencies.
- Ensuring pharmacy is clean and tidy, fully replenished and items are date-checked
- Answering phone calls to deal with patient queries, suppliers and GP surgeries
- Assist in all aspects of the pharmacy where needed
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: Up to £9.70 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 2 years (required)
