Property Photographer + Floor Planner London, England
Job description
An exciting and varied roll with a forward thinking London based company combining property marketing and compliance. You'll visit a range of properties to take photos measuring and sketching properties for floor plans, you may sometimes also be required to shoot video, virtual tours and drone so a willingness to learn these extra skills are important. Basic editing will be required and People skills are important as you’ll be meeting vendors, tenants and agents
Main Responsibilities
- Visit properties to take photographs and /or produce a video and floor plan sketch in accordance with our standards and guidelines.
- Send off your floor plan sketches, images and video for overnight processing
- Ensure that all the produced materials are checked, amended, uploaded and available to our clients the following working day by 10:00 AM
Daily hours but working average 39 hour week, some Saturdays may be required for an extra fee

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
