Make your mark as Logistics Coordinator for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. You will you will act as a focal point between the vessel, project team and operations, ensuring all aspects of port calls are executed safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities as Logistics Coordinator
- Working as part of the Logistics team, providing logistics support to any vessel in the BSS fleet.
- Responsible for the mobilisation and demobilisation for equipment or projects worldwide.
- Arranging and overseeing quayside activities for the vessel, adhering to all relevant. processes and customs requirements.
- Capturing all Marine crew requirements for each port call.
- Executing the shipment plan, keeping all parties updated and effectively managing costs for all work undertaken
Your qualities
You can make your mark as Logistics Coordinator if you have:
- Previous relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry for a wide range of goods and services, particularly within a subsea construction environment.
- Be experienced in working with Project Teams and 3rd Party Logistics and Transport Operations.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders and work effectively on their own initiative
- Full, clean UK Driving License and flexibility with working hours.
- Dangerous Goods by Air, Road and Sea experience and certificates, Forklift License and CILT qualification (desirable).

- Your team: Working as part of the Logistics team, you will report to the Customs & Logistics Manager.
- Where you will work: Your location will be our campus in Aberdeen and you have the option to work from home 2 days a week if you wish - Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory days in the office.
- Full- job: The position of Payroll Coordinator is full time, 35 hours per week.
