A superb opportunity to join a reputable and growing independent lettings agency based in Earlsfield – This role should appeal to someone with previous experience within property management, who has excellent customer service skills and wants to further develop their career and be part of a successful company.
Property Manager duties:
***Managing the day to day maintenance of a portfolio of around 120 properties
***Providing an excellent standard of customer service to all Landlords, Tenants and Clients
***Undertaking site visits
***Overseeing and arranging necessary works
***Assist with the move in process and ensure all documents are correct
Property Manager character profile:
***Driven and focused with a strong work ethic
***Ability to build good client relationships
***Organised and efficient
***Pro-active, positive team player
***Reliable and adaptable with excellent written and verbal communication
***Good interpersonal skills and a desire to deliver impeccable customer service
Up to £40,000 depending on previous experience
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm
No weekends!
Driving license required
