Skybreak is a long-established family-owned company with more than 30 years’ experience in the Aviation and Travel industry. We are passionate about travel and pride ourselves on enhancing the airport passenger experience.
We are now looking to further recruit colleagues to join our Heathrow Passenger services team and have current vacancies for Sales & Ticketing Agents. If you are looking to work in an environment where no day is the same and you can make a difference then we would love to work with you.
Ideal candidates will have Customer Service experience in the Travel and/or Aviation industry. Preference will be given to applicants with Amadeus or other GDS/Airline ticketing/reservation system knowledge and or experience of working in Travel sales.
The location is T2 Heathrow Airport and the requirement is to work shifts ( Please only apply if you are able to easily commute).
We offer competitive rates of pay (based on experience) plus the opportunity to enhance your pay by way of additional commissionable earnings with a ‘we earn you earn’ company ethos. Commissionable earning are a hybrid, part individual part shared model.
Responsibilities
· Provide Airline ticketing support, ancillary collections and answering general passenger enquiries
· Booking all travel products including but not limited to; flights, hotels, ground transportation and visa's.
· Provide high levels of customer service at all times and to contribute positively the passenger experience.
· Create tailor made solutions for passengers who have missed their flight
· Provide 'face to face' passenger support from our Customer Service Desks at Heathrow Airport.
Skills Required
· Previous experience in the travel and tourism sector
· Knowledge of Amadeus or other major GDS reservation system and/or previous Airline ticketing experience
· Geographical knowledge
· Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
· Languages (beneficial but not essential)

Sucessful applicants, once trained will be required to work shifts at T2 Heathrow Airport within our core opening hours of 0400-2000 daily. Shifts allocated over 7 days (including weekends and bank holidays) and on a shift pattern.

Salary: Up to £29,000.00 per year
