Upperkey is a PropTech Fast Growing Startup specialising in the management of Hotel-Apartments in the major European cities since 2010. We started by renting one of our own properties and upon seeing how lucrative the business was, we decided to assist property owners and investment funds in renting their buildings and properties with ease. The company doubles in size each year and anticipates significant growth in 2023 with the acquisition of new properties and the launching of new cities throughout Europe and the United States.

UpperKey is now looking for a process driven and creative intern to join our growing Team.
Your main responsibilities:
The internship will evolve through 3 steps and consists as follows:
· Learning of operation processes, company values and logistics and discovering the operating field.
· Implementation and management: management of the developed real estate portfolio, negotiating with the property owners, communication with the business development team, recruitment of a new team, implementation of best practices and new processes.
· New properties onboarding: setting up of properties - selecting and ordering furniture, decoration, scheduling and preparing properties for photo shooting, setting up electricity and insurance contracts, etc.
About you:
· Ambitious, confident and results-driven;
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an excellent team spirit;
· Self-motivated with a willingness to accept responsibility, complete missions and work autonomously;
· Highly organized with an acute attention to detail;
· Entrepreneurial spirit;
· Engineering mind;
· Experience in Commercial and/or Real Estate would be appreciated;
· Fluent English required.
