What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to be the main poinf of contact for all repairs and maintenance at Letslet Property Management You will focus on all day-to-day repairs, planned improvements and cyclical compliance work.
Overall job responsibility:
The duties within any role vary from day to day. Some of the core duties within the role will include:
- Being the first point of contact and delivering excellent customer service for all Housing & Property queries
- Maintaining the Repairs Mailbox and responding to queries within a designated timeframe as outlined
- Ensure accurate and consistent record keeping through housing management systems
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR regulations
- Attend and minute staff and other meetings
- Management and processing of invoices
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience in working with all MS Office packages, including excel and experience working to strict deadlines without compromising content and service.
- Experience working within a housing and maintenance,
- Diploma in business administration and experience in using, updating and maintaining in house online systems is desirable, but not essential.
Our standard working pattern is 37 hours per week, 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £17,254.23-£26,051.05 per year
