The role:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to support our clients through providing right-first-time quality work through cross-department collaboration and achieve their objectives. You’ll be responsible for Maintaining and developing strong client relationships and delight our clients every day, embracing our culture and values through the execution of the following KRAs.
You’ll work alongside senior management and lead by example to line manage and develop the team and action strategic account development and management.
What you'll be doing:
- Establish strong relationships with the client, work with stakeholders to ensure highest level of client service, while conveying the vision and values of our company
- Communicate client requirements through detailed creative briefs, whilst ensuring schedules, reviews and presentations are met
- Manage client project finances, activity & reports with support from SAM and AD
- Drive creative excellence, crafting and mastery within your team, suggesting considered solutions to any challenge
- Drive profitability of team to facilitate rate card reviews and adjustments and obtain purchase orders from clients prior to work beginning
- Support the team with market information/research and other data necessary to address client briefs.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 2+ years in a role within the industry
- High levels of organisation with the ability to manage a multitude of activities.
- Confident in managing client relationships and proven confident and unambiguous communication skills
- A passion for delivering the best possible solutions to your client
- lead by example and always display the business’s core values in everything you do
- Confident in using Macs and Google Suite applications
