Solomon Investment Partners has an exciting opportunity for a graduate or someone looking for a career change to join our team based in the city of London, no previous property experience necessary.
As a group, we have regularly sold over £100 Million pounds worth of investment property each year, and in 2023, we are delivering over 1,000 completions for our clients and into our property management company.
Previous experience in property is not required.
We are looking to recruit talented sales consultants from different sectors including but not limited to recruitment, financial services or media sales.
This role is focused on telephone sales, so a good telephone manner is essential, you will be building rapport with clients over the phone and advising clients on property investment opportunities.
You will have strong sales and negotiation skills and a desire to be successful. We are also looking for candidates that thrive in a demanding environment, excel under pressure.
This is the right role for someone who is highly motivated, driven and ambitious and ready to hit the ground running.
You will be the type of person who is energetic, determined and has the ability to build a quick rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

The role:
You will report to the Sales Director
- Calling and following up inbound sales leads
- Maintain relationships with clients throughout the whole sales process.
- Working closely with the Sales Director throughout the sales process.
- Deal with a high volume of telephone calls per day
- Providing clients with in-depth written proposals via email
- Working towards set targets.
- Maintaining competitor and market awareness
- Actively developing and maintaining knowledge of our product offering
Essential skills:

- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- Motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
