Dynamic and fast growing Property Company in Leeds are looking for a motivated and driven Property Consultant who can succeed in a sales environment and meet targets in a fast paced company.
Main responsibilities involve signing up new clients, negotiating prices and conducting property appraisals (office based)
An ideal candidate would be a great communicator, skilled negotiator, highly organised, and able to problem solve as well as work independently whilst remaining highly motivated.
Role includes;
Working our inbound leads
Signing up new clients
Remote property appraisals
Price negotiations
Skill-set required:
- Well organised, good record keeper who can manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Able to think strategically and can work independently
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
- Client focused
- Target / goal driven
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close relationships with colleagues and clients
Summary:
- Full time and Permanent
- 9am to 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
- 1 Saturday per month
- 20 Days Holiday (Exc Bank Holidays)

Salary: £45,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
