Synergy Promotions are a leading Travel Retail Promotional Agency who promote the world’s leading Luxury Beauty, Fragrance & Liquor brands within Airport Duty Free Stores, across the United Kingdom & Ireland. We are opening our books and are looking for enthusiastic Promotional Staff to join our amazing team in Manchester Airport! This role is self-employed which allows our staff to choose their own shift pattern, however you must be flexible to work some weekends! We operate our business 365 days per year and have ongoing work all year round! Due to these positions being in an airport there are a variety of shift patterns that run from 4 or 5am to 7/8pm in the evening. Preference for staff who are flexible and can get to the airport for the 4/5am shifts.
Requirements:
- Experienced Promotional Staff with confidence to introduce global Brands in the travel retail space.
- Passionate about delivering a Luxury Customer Service
- Personality to engage & excite the customer
- Ability to convert a conversation into a customer
- Confidence to traffic stop and approach people with ease
- Ability to work towards a target
- Excellent Timekeeping
- Must be able to work effectively in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced landscape
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Grooming Standards
- Second Language is advantageous
