Maintenance Person
Reports to
Job Summary
The Maintenance Person is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all facilities in the assigned area. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for the following:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities in assigned area.
- Perform on-site minor repairs as needed.
- Ensure that all building and grounds are clean and presentable. Perform basic workshop tasks as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist with inventory supplies and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
·· Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and be over 30 years old for vehicle insurance purposes.
