Working hours: Mon-Fri

Location: Quedgeley, Gloucester

Salary: £27,000-£30,000

Flexible working hours – part hybrid can be accommodated where appropriate

About the Company

My Client has extensive experience managing rooftop solar PV asset portfolios throughout the United Kingdom. They currently manage over 14,000 installations (40MWp capacity) across the United Kingdom, primarily on behalf of large asset portfolio investors. Their comprehensive solar PV asset management services enable their clients to maximise returns on their solar PV assets while minimising operational expenses.

Renewable Industry growth and the organisation

All sectors and technologies within the renewable energy industry are experiencing rapid expansion. As a result of rising energy costs and the need to decarbonize energy production, the demand for new solar pv installations is increasing at its fastest rate since the government incentive programmes ended. In response, my client is resuming the installation of new Solar PV systems, with a focus on the rooftop sector and installations up to 500 kilowatts. It is ingrained in their culture to value and invest in all of their employees, assisting them in realising their full potential and always seeking to promote from within.

Key Duties

  • This role has arisen as a consequence of strong growth in the business creating the requirement for a central services support role.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively you will support and administer management projects using our project management software.
  • Be a key support person for the management team on projects, ‘ad hoc support’ and broader administration, as required.
  • Plan and investigate the best ways to deliver projects and management requests.
  • A great opportunity to be involved in all areas of both an established but rapidly growing business, understand and support the strategic decision making progress.
  • Take responsibility for process mapping core functions, familiarity with Visio or similar would be advantageous
