RPS has an exciting opportunity for a Project Supervisor to work closely with the Regional Contract Manager and Field Team Leaders in the Cardiff area to lead the safe and efficient delivery of leakage services within upstream losses (trunk-main leakage) and PCC (per-capita consumption) surveys to high standards. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary, company car and extensive benefits.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of field-based team leaders to deliver outstanding, timely and efficient client care, customer service, technical excellence and project outcomes
- Responsibility for Risk Assessment Health & Safety management, performance, analysis and incident and accident reports
- Ensuring compliance of all teams to approved technical procedures and management of the Company’s Integrated Management System
- Produce clear and up to date status reports for the Senior Management Team, identifying progress and key issues
- Daily client calls on updates from all teams and performance KPI’s
- Ensuring Dry-hole reports are monitored/challenged
Who we’re looking for?
- Demonstrable experience of success in a similar environment
- A strong commitment to Health and Safety and outstanding customer service
- A successful track record of leading a team, with a strong management style and the ability to motivate, influence, negotiate and performance manage
- Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of MS office applications and work management systems
- Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets
- Clear and fluent written and verbal communication skills
- IOSH Managing Safely or similar
- Full UK driving licence
