About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of cyclical and planned investment projects. You will be liaising with contractors and consultants to deliver planned works - overseeing and monitoring quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, as well as great written and verbal communication skills with excellent knowledge and understanding of Project Management processes and demonstrable experience of delivering major repair projects. The ideal candidate will excel in problem solving and negotiating and would have worked in the Social Housing sector.
The successful candidate will be required to travel efficiently across the THCH stock, attend evening meetings and form part of the Out of Hours Rota Team.
