Start Date: 26/06/2023

Duration: 10 weeks/3 days per week

Rate: Very completiveday rate,dependant on experience

Contract Type: Outside IR35

Location: Hybrid/London

Do you have experience setting up Platform teams and ways of working from scratch in Financial services companies?

Do you have solid experience as a Agile Coach driving empowerment and accountability working in technology/digital?

Do you have experience within London Market Insurance or Financial Services?

We are seeking an Agile Coach, for our London Market insurance client.

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching senior leaders to create a high-performance culture:

Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset

Hands on Scrum Master

Facilitate learning and development through individuals and team coaching Operate an Agile Framework to a senior level:

Assess, develop, and lead our agile maturity, analysing current tools and processes and designing a strategy for adopting agile best practice

Lead the implementation of agile frameworks and techniques, working with scrum masters to fine tune them as needed

Ensure consistency of the framework whilst allowing scrum steams to operate in a self-organised manner

Define and champion the use of metrics and other success measures across teams to drive continuous improvement

Promote continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones

Skills & Experience:

Experience setting up Platform teams and ways of working from scratch in Financial services companies.

Very strong stakeholder management skills

Experience as a Agile Coach driving empowerment and accountability working in technology/digital

A track record in implementation of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)

Strong coaching skills, ideally comfortable breaking down beliefs, values and behaviours (utilising frameworks such as GROW, Gestalt, Nancy Kline, NLP, etc.)

Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

Excellent communicator and motivator

Strong Stakeholder skills

Desirable skills:

London Market insurance industry experience

A consulting background

Scrum master certification

Coaching qualification (EMCC/ICF)
