We are looking for a Project Officer to:
- coordinate activities relating to the Talent Development team in the AI, Data & Analytics Center of Expertise, relating to our junior talent programs and learning activities
- coordinate briefing calls and other communication measures
- collect, assign and track actions to closure
- foster collaboration and information exchange between teams by coordinating community events
- plan and execute reporting activities for diverse audiences (e.g., engagement and feedback statistics)
- support the team on additional talent development activities

We are a growing team working at the forefront of AI, Data & Analytics initiatives at UBS. As the AI, Data & Analytics Center of Expertise, we closely interact with our business professionals and data scientist teams across the UBS. At the end of the day, we want to enable them to build, leverage and scale innovative data and AI solutions to unlock the hidden value and insights in our data. We are constantly expanding our technical expertise into new areas, thus advancing, and expanding the UBS’s AI, Data & Analytics ecosystem. Our team has recently been founded, and you will have the unique opportunity to further shape and establish our footprint in the organisation. Your expertise
- at least several years of experience in a similar role
- methodical planning and organization skills
- the ability to network and connect people from across the organization
- experience in and confidence to coordinate activities with senior stakeholders
- the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving needs and requirements
- keen to gain experience in talent development, learning and communications
- a technical background (not a must, but at least a genuine interest in AI, data and analytics topics)
- a strong communicator with excellent writing skills
- self-motivated and result-oriented
- comfortable with working independently; while also being a team player
- curious and a quick learner
- very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams
- fluent in English
