As Senior Project Manager, in an efficient and cost-effective manner you will manage delivery implementations that may include multiple parties and/or solutions provided from across the entire Veovo portfolio. You will determine the appropriate delivery methodology to use, with experience in previously managing both waterfall and agile projects.


Within your assigned projects, you will be responsible for the overall objectives of project delivery including control of scope, quality, budget, and timeline. Your project management delivery skills and methods will ensure the effective reporting and tracking of all project deliverables to all stakeholder parties both internal and external.


We are a tight-knit team, and we will encourage you to be an active participant in all respects of our operational project deliveries. You will also be expected to provide the region with PMO support, resource coordination and NetSuite administration that enables effective Project governance and billing of Services work. Working closely with Finance and Customer Business Unit leads you will play a pivotal role in maintaining Project governance documentation.


As this is a customer-centric airport technology role, with a regional scope, a reasonable level of travel is required


In this role you can expect to:


    • Responsible for the overall accomplishment of assigned projects including:
      • Planning and scheduling project activities and deadlines
      • Establishing and resourcing project roles and responsibilities
      • Work with the project to define the tasks required for the successful delivery to project milestones
      • Monitoring and reporting on quality and progress
      • Customer communications at all levels of the Project organisation
    • Develops, implements, and maintains sound project management and operational practices.
    • Ability to engage with and mobilise partner resources to achieve the goals of the project.
    • Provides input, direction, and real-world feedback of the Veovo Project Delivery approach.
    • Attends and contributes to Delivery and Capacity meetings.
    • Facilitate communications with the Product team to ensure issues identified within customer deliveries are raised as quickly and efficiently as possible.
    • Support the Head of Delivery to track and chase all Project and wider regional actions as captured on project tracking platforms (Jira, Trello, NetSuite, etc.)
    • Responsible for ensuring the governance structures of on-going projects are being adhered to – safeguarding that decisions are taken by the right people, based on the right information.
    • Responsible for weekly and End of Month Reporting activities.
    • Management of the Resource skills matrix, updating as needed and calling out any knowledge gaps across the team
    • Support the Head of Project Delivery and Operations Manager with capacity planning schedules and forecasts. Act as a point of contact for resource
    • coordination, including resource booking and allocation, conflict resolution, and development of resource planning tooling solutions.
  • Netsuite Administration
    • Responsible for setting up, maintaining and closing down projects within Netsuite.
    • Responsible for setting up, maintaining and closing down users within Netsuite
    – specifically for all projects in flight.
  • Responsible for providing Netsuite support to operational team leaders to ensure billing operations run smoothly
  • Reporting on budgets and forecasting figures including revenue margins, staff utilisation and project status.
  • Supports the sales team in responding to bids/tenders.
  • Participate in external facing sales presentations.
  • Ensure that improvements made within assigned projects are communicated to the Head of Delivery – thus ensuring we are efficiently leveraging our learnings from ongoing projects within the pre-sales process.

What you will need for this role


  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an Agile software development environment.
  • Good knowledge and experience in relation to project management practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of best practice software development methodologies, including Agile practices.
