Zilliant is looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of custom Zilliant implementations, working directly with customers to meet custom requirements which help them to drive business value through leveraging Zilliant products. You’ll work with peers and customers of various technical backgrounds and report directly to the Practice Director.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure on-time and on budget delivery of complex projects, through effective management of customer objectives, scope and risks
- Build trusted relationships with customers, ensuring customers remain aligned with their objectives and obtaining feedback to drive increased customer satisfaction and engagement
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines and reports to monitor progress, applying problem solving skills to ensure projects are profitable
- Translate business requirements to drive project implementation to create a solution that meets the customer’s business needs

- A superior communicator with proven client facilitation skills, whether meeting virtually, or via in person
- A multi-tasker, who can simultaneously manage multiple projects whilst building trusted relationships with our customers.
- A self-starter who is motivated to collaborate, take ownership, and execute on tasks proactively Ideally you will have:
- Working knowledge in project management principles and concepts.
- Practical experience with Salesforce, experience delivering Salesforce projects and a working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite
- Experience with integrations and integration challenges.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years’ experience in managing projects, project teams and delivering complex IT Projects
- 2+ years in Scrum Master roles, certification preferred
- Presentation skills and the ability to support demo solutions
- The ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
