Location: Hospital Hill Surgery, 7 Izatt Avenue, Dunfermline, KY11 3BA
Salary/Banding: £20,767.50 per annum - £10.65p per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional colleague to join our friendly team on a permanent full time basis, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm with flexibility to work 8am to 4.30pm on a rota basis once fully trained.
The post duties include but are not restricted to:
Maintaining good telephone/face to face contact with our patients.
Booking appointments.
Processing prescriptions.
Signposting patients to other available medical services.
Electronic filing.
This post requires excellent computer skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced ever changing environment. You should demonstrate ethics, values and personal qualities / behaviours consistent with the vision, culture and values of NHS Fife.
