  • JOB TITLE: Black Horse Legal Admin Administrator
  • SALARY: £23,370
  • LOCATION(S): Edinburgh/Cardiff/ Hybrid
  • HOURS: Full-time
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. (Monday to Friday 8:30am-19:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 13:00pm)
About this Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Admin Team within the Motor Customer Financial Assistance (CFA) Team. The role is instrumental in supporting customers back to financial health as quickly as possible by supporting the wider CFA with excellent admin, prioritisation and customer service skills.

What you’ll need
  • Performs standard administrative data processing tasks including reporting.
  • Supports CFA Recoveries Team in providing administration
  • Carries out simple procedural tasks to support management of external client relationships.
  • Complete a range of prescribed customer service activities and handles non-standard or more complex customer cases and enquiries using existing procedures.
  • Mailbox management, post distribution and Stakeholder Management.
  • Departmental payments processing.
  • Accomplishes work objectives by determining own work schedule, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.
And any experience of these would be really useful
  • Knowledge of Black Horse or Lex is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. A strive to do the right thing and live by our LBG Values is the crucial element.
