Why this job matters
The Contract Manager is responsible for protecting the value of a managed contract by effectively managing the P&L, costs, risks and obligations. You'll have excellent stakeholder management and act as the interface for the customer on all contract-related topics.
This role will be based in either: London, Birmingham, Bristol or Manchester. If successful, you must be willing and able to undergo Government Security Clearance to SC and NPPV3 level, which requires residence in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
What you’ll be doing
- Manages the P&L for specific contract featuring a significant amount of complexity.
- Identifies and manages risk through regular assessment and diligent execution of controls and mitigations, proactively raising any concerns.
- For the lifetime of a contract, monitors and manages contractual obligations including T&C’s and SLAs.
- Manages third party contracts to ensure SLA’s and obligations are delivered.
- Leads stakeholders in the resolution of high-risk contact related issues and challenges.
- Contributes to structure development for large contract related complex opportunities and drives successful outcomes through partnering alongside customers and sales teams.

What we'd like to see from you
- Experience of managing a contract end-to-end including P&L management, cost transformation, obligation and risk management, with an appreciation of corporate governance and third-party management.
- Experience of working on government contracts is desirable.
- If successful, you must be willing and able to undergo Government Security Clearance to SC and NPPV3 level, which requires residence in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
