Brunel Business School has an ambitious, quality driven strategy, which will see us strengthen our position as a world-class Business School in research, education and enterprise. We are currently seeking to appoint a Project Manager (Operations).
The role involves supporting the Industry Programmes Manager in developing and implementing business support programmes, managing an expanding number of business support programmes with increasing participants, assisting fellows in setting up a project management system, monitoring project completion, liaising with various stakeholders, producing and processing paperwork, maintaining reports, overseeing European funding claims, attending weekly operations group meetings, ensuring compliance with European Funding Rules and Regulations, and maintaining the library of funders background documents.
The role involves ensuring a culture of participant-focused service delivery, acting as an interface between the programs and the wider organization, integrating participants and facilitators in the delivery plan, managing the administration of participant attendance and engagement, implementing procedures such as monitoring attendance and engagement, addressing risk and early intervention, and overseeing support services and resolution of complaints.
The role involves establishing appropriate recording and monitoring processes, providing statistical information and reports to the Steering Group, managing participant records and data to ensure accuracy and compliance, and working with the Enterprise Fellow and research team to provide access to events and participants for data collection and impact case study development.
