Delivering excellent products and solutions to our current and future mortgage customers is imperative for Santander UK. In 2023 we have an increasing portfolio of initiatives which are focused on digitising our customer experience, improving our colleague processes, and ensuring our technology is upgraded to the latest standards
As a result, we have an exciting opportunity to join the newly established Homes Project Management Office within the Homes Domain. As a member of the small PMO function you will be responsible for co-ordinating and reporting on activities across multiple initiatives, supporting their timely delivery and monitoring their success. This will involve the range of project planning activities including managing various project and risk logs, producing MI/reports, and preparing papers and presentations for Group, Board, and the Homes Leadership Team.
The role will report into a Delivery Lead within the Homes Domain.
The difference you’ll make.
Co-ordinating central PMO activities including proactive project planning, re-planning and problem solving across the dependent initiatives.
Ensuring robust RAAIID standards are in place that adhere to the I AM RISK principles, and reporting and tracking of the portfolio level risks.
Producing timely and informative portfolio management MI.
Developing & produce cross portfolio PowerPoint/ Word presentations outlining the status of the initiatives.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance 2-way communication and support the success of the initiatives.
What you’ll bring.
Some experience in either PMO, change management, project management, or process design
Experience of developing effective communication (ppt/word) to senior management.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Evidential experience working in Financial Services sector
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Planview, Wave, etc.)

This role is based in Milton Keynes with a hybrid (office/home) working approach
