Job description

Our client are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager with a background in renewable energy.

Integration and Renewable Energy experience is essential.

This position offers remote working with a couple days a month in their London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the needs of their clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be critical in ensuring the successful delivery of integration projects. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with talented and passionate professionals.
  • Developing project plans and timelines: You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop project plans that outline the scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project.
  • Managing project budgets: You will be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Leading project teams: You will lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that project goals are met.
  • Monitoring project progress: You will monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop strategies to address them in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring quality control: You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet the highest quality standards and that all deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Communicating with stakeholders: You will be responsible for communicating project status, risks, and issues to clients, internal stakeholders, and other project team members.
  • Providing technical guidance: You will provide technical guidance to project team members, including developers and designers, to ensure that projects are technically sound and meet industry standards.
  • Continuously improving processes: You will be responsible for continuously improving project management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Technical expertise: You must have a deep understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, microservices, and middleware, and be able to provide technical guidance to project team members.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, microservices, and middleware.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery.

This position offers remote working, a generous holiday allowance (32 days + bank holidays) and a performance based bonus.
