What are we looking for?
We are looking for forward-thinking and motivated Project Manager Graduates to join our fast-paced Transition and Transformation team, which is currently being built up to help support our Public Sector and Defense (PS&D) clients. The role will focus on supporting and delivering Digital and Application based projects, from project initiation (at bid phase), through to Transition and Transformation into BAU delivery.
This opportunity will allow the Graduates to learn from an immensely experienced community and understand the ways of working in an IT consultancy environment.

Be able to demonstrate a love of technology and a desire to develop a career in project management. Previous experience in leading a project is desirable, but not essential. This could include college projects or non-work-related projects.
A fast learner who is motivated to progress.
Superb communication skills – both written and verbal – to help present project reports and help lead project teams.
Negotiation skills - to help manage expectations.
The ability to monitor and control budgets.
Able to win trust and establish good relationships.
