Looking to recruit an experienced investment banking professional at Technology Holdings, a global M&A advisory firm focused on M&A in Technology & IT/Business Services. While the position is based in London, we are also able to hire candidates in the UK based outside London who would prefer to work from home.

Compensation:

Candidate Attributes:

• Must have 3 to 5 years of investment banking experience
• Strong communication skills & understanding of corporate finance
• Proficiency in financial modelling & valuation techniques
• Experience with preparation of Information Memorandums
• Ability to multi-task and execute multiple mandates with minimal supervision Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, transaction documents (and key issues) involved in an M&A process
• Team player & ability to work in a globally dispersed team
• Flexibility to travel across Europe and the US

Responsibilities:

• Lead transaction execution: Manage transactions end to end including the preparation of Information Memorandums and financial models, participate in management/buyer meetings, negotiate offers, manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process
• Origination: Take an active part in business development by participating in origination activity and leading client pitches
