We are currently looking for a part/full time dynamic, driven individual looking to join our long standing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist during procedures, sterilising dental instruments, preparing patients for treatment, and providing patient education on oral hygiene. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No experience needed, just the right attitude!
You must be proactive, take initiative and be a very caring person to manage people through their patient journey. We offer pleasant and flexible working conditions with a great team spirit and also good social events!
This job would suit someone based locally who is looking for a career change and is willing to develop and grown in their role. The right candidate will have the opportunity to go onto an apprenticeship programme if not already qualified. Full training will be provided by the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist in providing dental care to patients.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and materials.
- Ensure that all dental instruments and materials are sterilised correctly.
- Keep accurate records of patient treatments.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene.
- Ensure that the dental office is clean and organised.
