You will be performing the role of the Project Manager – Financial Crime Risk - Compliance Key Deliverable which is a central role in this global program with the task of providing project management and Programme Management Office (PMO) capabilities across the Key Deliverable (KD), thereby protecting our customers and the Bank from financial crime, and strengthening the Bank's defenses.

Your key responsibilities
Responsibility to independently deliver key program elements either at central project office level or in direct support of critical workstreams
Perform required analyses, define, and manage workplans to support the delivery of the stated program objectives
Provide insight and analysis on the status of critical program components, develop communication that can be used in communication with internal and external senior stakeholders
Identify execution risks related to the assigned and proactively consider and propose mitigation options
Support the successful closure and deliver the expected benefits/ risk mitigation associated with the assigned program elements
Your skills and experience

Strong analytical skillset with ability to structure problems and tasks effectively combined with high degree of ownership and responsibility for delivering assigned outcomes
Practical project management experience as a team member in complex program structures and the ability to communicate in a clear and targeted manner at all levels of the organisation
Interest in issues related to the fight against financial crime and the further development of Deutsche Bank safeguards
Prior experience in a control function (particularly non-financial risk management) and familiarity with the concepts and processes applied in this space are beneficial
