As a recognised HTE framework organisation, we place a wide range of healthcare professionals from various medical sectors including Nursing, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals (AHP) to public and private sector healthcare set ups.
We are looking to make the immediate appointment of International Project Manager - Healthcare. This position has a vital role in enabling customer success and by identifying opportunities within NHS, by developing an appropriate level of communication & engagement with them. A brief about the role and responsibilities is detailed below.
- Building and managing a strong network of relevant contacts within NHS
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process from inception to completion
- Managing long-term close working relationships with candidates and clients alike
- Managing complexity, change, expectations, negotiations etc. within a business environment
- Develop stronger relationships and develop client commitment and adhering to tight deadlines
- Working within a team to deliver on business targets
- Effectively demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awareness
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Interface with NHS, working with their recruiting departments overseeing and attending recruitment projects in India and the Philippines.
- Must have experience of handling Projects and working in a corporate/ business focused environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £29,797.85-£67,289.93 per year
