You will have a wide range of project management experience and will have an insatiable appetite and interest in delivering projects on time, budget and of high quality. Take a pragmatic approach without compromising good programme governance.
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are a must, as well as being able to mage challenging stakeholders and sponsors at all levels of the business.
Regular collaboration and management of internal stakeholders and vendors including 3rd party suppliers such as 4PS, Asite, Microsoft and Causeway.
About you
- Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent
- Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile working techniques.
- At least 3-4 years of experience of delivering ERP or other relevant enterprise software development projects.
- Proven track record and experience in all project lifecycle phases.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with conflicting priorities, different reporting lines, scope alignment and risks and issues management
- Excellent and outstanding stakeholder, people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to grasp issues of a business nature and grasp impacts of the technical strategy/products.
- Ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.
- Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure power platform, dynamics BC, power automate, dataverse, DevOps and logic apps is highly beneficial.
