Event Deliver Driver & Installer

You have the opportunity to work with an establish entertainment hire company expanding rapidly. We are on the look out for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join the team.
You will be working on a range of events throughout the Northwest & North Wales providing services to corporate and private clients at a range of venues.
We are an established entertainment hire business with dance floors, light up letters, arcade machines, ice-cream trike, sweet stalls, games and more based in Broughton North Wales. 1st Exit past Chester
You will be responsible for delivering our service of fun entertainment equipment hire to a variety of clients across the region, from corporate, to family fun days to weddings, team building, birthdays and more.
You will receive full training in the many pieces of equipment that you will come to use as your tools in delivering our event services.
So your main duties will include:-
- Setting-up Entertainment Equipment, Lighting, Dance floors and various Props
- Preparing, checking & loading equipment into the van for events, ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to.
- On arrival at the venue you will be setting up the equipment
- A responsible attitude both towards your colleagues and to clients when attending conferences, events and weddings or delivering / collecting hire equipment.
- Operating and /or working on Live Events
- De-rigging and checking equipment back into the storage units
- Installing equipment as well as normal day to day duties associated with this industry and position
- Driving a 3.5 tonne van

Preferred Requirements:-
Have experience working within the events industry
Full Driving Licence (at last 3 years) and be used to driving a 3.5 tonne van
Weekend Work, and early mornings are required but there is a massive work life balance to this role
You should be able to display that you regularly use your own initiative.
You should have experience of delivering a high quality service to all types of client’s, have excellent client facing skills and good communication skills.
A good positive and happy attitude as well as a team player.
Ability to work under pressure and to resolve issues diplomatically and calmly. You must have the capability to carry and lift equipment and flight casing from vans to venues.
If you have the experience, we are looking for then you will already know that this is not a 9 till 5 job. Due to the nature of our industry. Weekend work will be required.
