We are looking for dynamic and adaptable specialist lecturers to deliver part of our Senior Leaders Apprenticeship Post Graduate in educational Leadership and management
The modules include:
Module 1 – Education Management and Leadership
Module 2 – Instructional Leadership and Supervision
Module 3 - Leading and Managing Effective Teams
Module 4 – Strategic Management
Module 5 - Leading Educational Change and Innovation
Module 6 - Research Methodology in Education.
Your role would include:
· On-line module leader role of module facilitation to the students
· Designing of module guide with teaching framework, schedules and module
assessment plan for on-line facilitation.
· Preparation of all assessment elements; assignment questions and marking guides.
· Marking/ Moderation of assignment using LEB online system.
· Provide guidance and advice to other module team members relating to teaching –
learning resources, content and marking etc.
· Disseminate good practices and sharing of teaching –learning resources with other
module tutors.
· Maintaining regular and effective contact with staff teaching the module and making
sure that there are effective means of ensuring the progress of the modules

Salary: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
