The opportunity:
We are looking for a friendly and competent Manager at our popular restaurant, Tamburino Village, to ensure our customers have a memorable Italian dining experience. Since the quality of our service is crucial to success, the ideal candidates will be able to provide superior guest service and ensure the dining experience meets high standards, from the food to the atmosphere. You will have experience in managing a team to creating a compliant and enjoyable workplace environment.

In return for your hard work, you will be offered a competitive wage and a great range of benefits including:
- Competitive wage from £11.50 an hour (dependent on experience and subject to change after a successful probation period) and shares of the service charge starting from £500 a month. Circa £30,000 per annum (£22,500 - £28,000 + Circa £6000 - £8000 tips)

You should be adept at working in fast-paced and unpredictable environments where you will need to think on your feet and work well with the entire team, from the chefs to serving staff to ensure a memorable Italian dining experience.

Key accountabilities:
- Maximise profits and sales in line targets.
- Manage the day to day running of restaurant and services
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and contacts.
- Manage staffs training and development enabling delivery of Company standards.
- Manage compliance of food hygiene standards
- Demonstrate a positive leadership style with an enthusiastic, committed, and flexible attitude.
- Manage and develop customer relations at the restaurant, including customers complaints and queries.
- Implement and lead team in line with company policies, procedures, and ethics.
- Control the management of stock, wastage and sales figures.
- Organise stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security.
- Prepare cheques and process cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers if necessary.

Since then, we have opened 2 more branches TAMBURINO VILLAGE in Street, Somerset and TAMBURINO GOLD in Sherborne, Dorset and still looking to expand the great taste of genuine Italian food.
