We’re looking for project managers who can support us on a growing number of inclusion programmes. Our project managers help to keep the wheels turning, working closely with consultants and the leadership team to map out and run a programme from start to finish.
The focus of the role will be understanding scopes of work, building timelines, establishing relationships with clients and working with our consultant teams to deliver to the highest standards. You’ll be part of growing our unique business, being at the heart of making it all happen.

Wondering what you’ll be doing? Read on:
- Working with consultants and directors to understand programmes of work, translate scopes into timelines, set-up internal kick-off meetings, and manage projects from start-to-finish. This puts you at the heart of creating change and accelerating inclusion inside our client’s organisations
- Reviewing timelines and working with the team and clients to find solutions so programmes can be delivered successfully. This requires adapting and rethinking creatively to find solutions
- Working with the team to review timesheet data and run project reconciliations, ensuring that things are running to task and time. This means paying attention to detail, working to decipher data into usable information for teams
- Setting up and managing external suppliers where necessary - ensuring negotiations are successful and setting up contracts and payments. This requires the ability to manage relationships and understand legals and contracts
- Support on notetaking during meetings - ensuring there is a clear and consistent record to help keep the project moving. This requires strong typing skills and high attention to detail
Wondering what we’re looking for from you? Here it is:
- Previous project management experience with the ability to use a number of different tools
- Experience of setting up and running budgets with the ability to run reports, decipher data and feedback
- Strong stakeholder manager skills - being confident and comfortable to draft client and internal communications to keep everyone updated
- Strong experience of working with a team - being able to learn and adapt to new styles of people
- Technical/ IT skills - ability to use Google Drive, Slack and other tech introduced as part of how we operate; ability to format presentations and documents
- Connectivity - being able to demonstrate social and cultural curiosity to what’s going on in the world and what it means for businesses and society; consistently developing an understanding and point of view on trends and the latest news affecting the inclusion conversation
- We are particularly interested in research project managers or learning project managers who have experience of running research or learning programmes of work respectively
- Ability to work from our hub in Somerset House at least two days a week
Salary level & perks
- £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. We are also interested in hearing from career returners, part time candidates and freelancers with a competitive daily rate
