My Care Labs helps to counter the spread of COVID-19, RSV, and Influenza A & B through our convenient and accurate tests. We offer rapid and reliable testing services at the comfort and security of your own home, office, school, etc., and can be ordered in multiples to keep family, friends, or employees protected. Our partner labs can accurately test for COVID-19 either through Anterior Nasal PCR, Oral PCR Swab, Nasopharyngeal RT-PCR testing and we offer Saliva testing. With our testing options, you can give the gift and confidence of knowing.
Function:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be client-facing to help run our Smart 4-in-1 Mobile testing. The ideal candidate should be adaptable with excellent customer service, able to establish a patient base for regular weekly testing, obtain skills and clinical acumen to collect nasal/mouth swabs for Covid testing and log specimens once completed. This candidate will collaborate closely with their supervisor to ensure goals are met.
Job Requirements:
You will help My Care Labs Office, Lab, and Field staff run operations smoothly by performing various tasks and assignments. The responsibilities of this individual include but are not limited to setting up marketing signage at our Pop-Up and Lab, pick-up packages and supplies from Fed-Ex and Pop-Up, providing breaks to other staff members, etc. Must be willing to be cross trained on Medical Assistant duties and tasks. Occasionally will have to lift and transport up to 30 pounds.
Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Qualifications:
Valid and current state CNA/EMT/Medical Assistant or Paramedic licensure or certification
High School Diploma or GED, College Degree Preferred
Must be 19 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills
Must have open availability including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime with or without advanced notice
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
Ability to adapt to change in an environment that can be busy or slow on some days
Ability and willingness to assist co-workers with workflow as necessary
Be a team player
Medical experience preferred
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications work experience.
