You direct DOT project manager calls you immediately and asks what your crews are doing for the emergency response.
5:13pm: you get back in your work truck and head home for the evening. You spend most the ride talking with your emergency crews that are on-scene at the traffic incident. You make a few calls back to your Client project manager and provide assurances of your emergency crew's plans for clearing the incident.
