Day to day, you will align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience. We are searching for a highly skilled Project Manager to contribute to Quest’s growth. You will be the driving force behind the success of every key project/program our organisation seeks to accomplish. Day to day, you will align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the result across a stakeholder audience. You will oversee projects from start to finish, managing and motivating team members, and giving customer presentations.
- You will build and lead the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- You will analyse project progress, and when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure project team adheres to requirements
- You will monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline efficiency and maximise deliverable outputs
- You will discuss potential projects and their parameters with customers, partners, and all other relevant stakeholders
- You will plan out project blueprints, including defining scope, allocate resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies
- You will participate in and supervise each stage of the project, track milestones, deliverables and change requests
- You will ensure each project stays on schedule and adheres to deadlines, ensuring all timecards are submitted and approved with regular cadence
- You will have proven experience in project management along with professional certifications such as PMP/Prince II /ITIL
- You will have technical project management experience across all verticals, solid understanding with Agile Methodology
- Excellent skills and knowledge of collaborative leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
- You will have strong attention to detail, deadlines and budgetary guidelines, commercial savviness, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the confidence to deal with a variety of challenges and decision making
- You will have laser sharp ability to focus on multiple projects/programs, you will be driven, a natural leader and comfortable working in a busy role with various stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree /or equivalent in Information Technology/Software Engineering/Management or related field
