As part of the Foundation, FireFit Youth & Community Hub is a state-of-the-art facility for young people and the community, delivering a range of youth work programmes and interventions.

This is an important role in which you will:

  • Support the day-to-day operational requirements of FireFit Hub, acting as the first point of contact when dealing with customer enquiries, queries and organising bookings.
  • Use FireFit Hub’s leisure management system to ensure all customer data is stored and recorded efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide high standards of customer service.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be experienced working in a customer service environment and role.
  • Be experienced in updating, maintaining and checking management information systems.
