Job description

Working as part of the PCNs Development team led by the Primary Care Development Manager, the post hold will provide dedicated project management for specified projects. Initially this will be the PCNs Development, Integration and Quality Improvement (QI) projects.

Lead on the planning, management and delivery of the portfolio of tasks/projects and events.

Plan and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring and implementation and evaluation of tasks/projects by providing high quality guidance to PCNs, including complex information and analysis, communications and stakeholder management.
