Job description
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the MWS Marketing Department and will collaborate closely with all business units. You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager who is based in Scotland.
You will work in a proactive and motivating atmosphere, where there is room to grow, learn and have fun while working together. You will be provided with a flexible working arrangement, allowing you the possibility to perform work from outside the office if feasible for you, and to plan your workday around your normal life, for a contemporary and healthy work-life balance.
You will be employed on full-time basis in our Muehlhan Wind Service office in Ayrshire, Scotland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Booking company events and coordinating all logistics
- Shared management of social media channels including Instagram and LinkedIn
- Able to create content across all platforms with proven high performance
- Working closely with the Marketing Team on advertising, promotions, and merchandise
- Organising stand builds/ designs, layouts, and delivery of exhibition materials
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for team meetings
- Assist with video editing
- Reviewing competitor activity
- Work with the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of the marketing strategy
- Administrative Support – Providing general support to the team, scheduling meetings and document management
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English)
- Bachelor Degree or higher, with a passion for marketing
- Experience in graphic design / Social media graphic design
- Familiarity with using programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or a recent Marketing Graduate
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools
- A high level of organisation, and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
