We're looking for an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented digital project manager who excels at managing complex projects from conception to completion, and onward through continuous delivery support.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage planning and design phases of upcoming web/app builds, working with systems architects, user experience and user interface designers.
- Understanding the client, their products, services, brands, processes and audiences
- Managing PHP, Node.js and React developers to deliver our web/app projects
- Coordinating software integration efforts with our client's suppliers
- Identifying and resolving technical issues for mission-critical products
- Breaking down technical requirements into manageable tasks
- Managing client expectations and facilitating change requests, while measuring and communicating time/cost impact of such changes
- Building relationships with UK & US based clients
- Creating and maintaining processes for repeatable work
- Engaging in and occasionally chairing daily team stand ups
About you:
- 3+ years of agency experience
- Technically minded with the ability to learn and understand the technologies that power our products
- Demonstrable experience with leading teams, budgeting, planning, quality management, problem-solving, reporting, and managing risk
- Be able to recommend technical solutions based on client challenges
- Be confident high-level scoping of new requirements with clients, and able to wireframe ideas as a way to communicate requirements with stakeholders & team members
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- A great communicator and an effective leader
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Resilient with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
