We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic fast growing real estate investment company who are looking for a dynamic and creative project manager to join their expanding team, to lead on all projects from conception through to completion.
The project manager role will involve:
- Developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility, resource availability and allocation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and ensure successful execution of projects
- Lead project teams and allocate tasks, providing guidance and relevant resources
You will be expected to maintain and build relationships with many different people internally and externally.
Location: Bromley (also offices in Dartford, Knightsbridge, Camden)
Type: Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday (office based) – Hours are Flexible
Salary: Up to £48,000
To be considered for this project manager position you are required to have recently worked within a similar position in property development.
The project manager responsibilities consist of, but are not restricted to:
- Delivering projects, ensuring they are to schedule, within scope and budget
- Produce and implement project strategies, feasibility studies, risk assessments and cost analysis
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and processes
- Ensure projects meet legal and compliance requirements
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project implementation for a flawless execution of projects
- Develop detailed project plans and track project progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes to scope, schedule and costs
To be successful in gaining an interview for this project manager role, we are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a project manager within property development
- A degree within civil engineering, construction management or a similar qualification
- Previous experience within Quantity Surveying and knowledge of property development processes
- PRINCE2, PMP or AgilePM certificate
- Knowledge of relevant laws, codes and regulations
- Able to prioritise in a fast paced environment and identify solutions in a timely manner
- The ability to relate to and build relationships with all professionals in the field
- Excellent personal & communication skills
- Strong work ethic and amazing attitude
