Job description
If you are confident on the telephone and enjoy working as part of a team then this is a great role for you. The role involves dealing with customer enquiries as well as arranging collections, deliveries, online bookings and promoting the gift aid scheme over the telephone.
Full training is provided for this role so don't worry if you haven't done anything like this before, as long as you are confident to talk to people on the phone and are enthusiastic about learning new things we would love to hear from you!
