Our established client is currently looking to recruit a Transport Project Manager on a 12 month contract, working from the Bristol office 1 day a week.

Transport Project Manager
12 months - £350 - £500 per day
Bristol – 1 day a week

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Project Manager and have worked within Highways and/or Transport focused projects. Within the role you will be responsible for promoting, planning, organising and delivering projects and programmes within the Growth and Regeneration service. You will ideally be Prince 2 certified or have equivalent experience, have worked within the public sector and be confident managing multiple project streams, however these aren’t essential.

Key duties

• Ensure that an innovative, integrated and flexible approach is taken.
• Lead, organise and motivate allocated staff, consultants and others to meet and deliver objectives, and maintain a supportive management culture throughout the project/s.
• To manage and implement allocated projects
• Monitor and control those budgets allocated to achieve the efficient and successful development and delivery of specified projects.
