Job description
Open Awards is seeking to appoint subject specialist assessment reviewers/writers in the following subject areas:
- L2 Pharmacy
- L2 Construction Equipment Maintenance Mechanic
- L3 Engineering Construction Erector Rigger
- L3 Community Health and Wellbeing Worker
- L4 Employability Practitioner
The role involves writing and reviewing assessments and multiple-choice questions for a range of qualifications and end-point assessments within the subject areas above. Therefore, you must have educational experience and preferably have written assessments or questions for another awarding organisation or education provider.
Reviewing will include recommendations for amendments to assessments and questions, plus a justification for the suggested changes.
Ideally, reviewers/writers should have an educational qualifications/experience as well as subject knowledge to at least one level higher than the assessment being reviewed/written.
