We are a new airline and in this exciting role you will be responsible for the overall development and management of a portfolio of cabin and ground products (Inflight Entertainment, Fast Track Security, etc) and will be the main point of contact between Norse and our suppliers. This is a multi-faceted role that covers contract management and commercial areas. The position will also include project lead on several commercial deliveries that will make a footprint on our global customer experience.

In this position you are part of the Commercial team reporting to the Commercial Director.


Responsibilities and Duties

    • Scoping, negotiation, contracting and integration of cabin and ground products and suppliers (e.g. Inflight Entertainment, onboard soft product, Fast Track Security, seating). Including ongoing contract and relationship management.
    • Establish product suites with an eye to building commercialization and revenue share opportunities where appropriate.
    • Project lead Commercial deliveries depending priorities.
    • Ongoing product management and development of a portfolio of Ground and Cabin related products and services with a commercial focus.
    • Define and develop Inflight Entertainment (IFE) platform and content / commercial strategy as well as ongoing optimization.
    • Ensure projects, changes and updates are managed in line with business requirements and enhance the cabin and ground experience.
    • Build and maintain supplier governance and performance structure (inc. formal business reviews, performance management, day-to-day activity etc)
    • Responsible for business cases, budget, cost control, results and reporting for cabin and ground products in portfolio (e.g. IFE, Fast Track Security, etc).
    • Establish and maintain strong working relationships within Norse Atlantic and with external suppliers to optimize and grow revenue and reduce cost according to the needs of the business and stakeholders.
    • Proactively look for ways to improve Ground and Cabin related business processes by removing pain points to enhance the overall experience and increase sales.


Skills and qualifications

    Knowledge / qualifications:

    • Business relevant undergraduate degree + minimum 1-5 years experience with IFE or airline product management and airline projects.
    • If no degree, 2+ years experience in airline product management, airline experience as ground personnel or crew, combined with project lead experience is preferred.

    Skills / abilities:

    • Entrepreneurial & self-starting, with ability to work with significant stakeholder management.
    • Commercial mindset and ability to build and ‘sell’ business cases.

    • Warm, people-focused team player, who shares success, motivates peers and has confidence to challenge peers, superiors and partners appropriately. Sense of humour is critical.
