As a Campaigns, Digital and Social Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part to our Campaigns, Creative and Digital team. You will be required to support a range of health and social internal and external clients to develop, implement and optimise campaigns and identities for products, services and key programmes of work.
You will be able to manage campaigns from start to finish, providing evaluation reports on client spend to demonstrate impacts. You will have a strong awareness and understanding of digital marketing channels and how they can be used to reach, engage and influence specific audiences.
Your time management and multi-project organisation skills will be outstanding, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and provide excellent service to our clients. We are looking for someone who is always looking to identify opportunities for new and better ways of doing things.
You will be a superb communicator, a creative thinker, calm under pressure and highly organised.

Outstanding working knowledge of the following marketing disciplines and how their combined execution can support our clients in meeting their complex marketing objectives:
- Audience insight/research – recruitment, facilitation, analysis and reporting of research activities to shape communications/marketing approaches and inform service improvement.
- Desk based research/scoping – the completion of desk based research including review of literature to understand existing insights that could be used to steer communications approaches.
- Audience analysis/segmentation – identification of segmentations of the population that should be targeted with services.
- Message and proposition development – Development of attitudinal and behavioural goals and SMART objectives.
- Social media/digital marketing planning and strategy – planning, message/content creation and execution of digital marketing activity to engage with specific target audiences/segments.
- Event promotion – the promotion of events (inc engagement events) for patients, public and staff
- Media planning and booking – management and execution of paid for on and offline media (for example, Facebook, Twitter, radio) to share messages directly to audiences and secure reach. Preparing KPIs and metrics to assess success.
- Campaign planning and strategy – creation and management of campaigns, including social marketing campaigns and campaign insight gathering
- Engagement and targeted approaches with niche audiences – working with community leads, stakeholders etc to create targeted and bespoke communications/campaigns. Supporting on stakeholder mapping activities.
- Internal campaigns – to secure staff engagement and awareness of organisation changes, activities and policies.
- Behaviour change planning support – support theory driven implementation and management of communications strategies that aim to create a shift in the health economy/service delivery.
- Brand/identity roll out and positioning – development of brands/identities to resonate with stakeholders, public, patients and staff.
- Evaluation – reach, impact and ROI analysis of communications and marketing tactics using quantitative and qualitative research methods to inform future strategies. Supporting on internal reporting of projects
- Focus testing – of communications/marketing approaches and models before roll out to ensure resonance/impact with the desired audience. Preparing reports and analysis following the completion of this activity.
- Project management – including budget management, stakeholder engagement, client management and reporting.
